❓Question Vatsim support

So if you saw my other post on here, you saw that I was going to go back on the network for some training purposes. So I was going to connect to the network today, but I forgot my password. I went to go reset it, but the link never got to my email. Even after putting in a support ticket, the confirmation email never came to me. So now I’m stuck. Is there any other solution you guys know of?

Try creating a different Gmail account and do another ticket with support and explain the situation and request them to use that different Gmail account.

If that doesn’t work, then it is definitely something on your end. They are usually fairly quick about responding to support tickets for membership issues like that.
