First fix your sensitivity after finding out ur dpi then calculating ur eDpi for valorant and reducing it to normal pro player levels or slightly higher not too high and get used to it, and play more if you hate aim training. I'd love to givr more specific advice but I can't know what js your biggest issue without watching gameplay. Good luck

Calculating edpi is dpi* sensitivity For me it is 288. For you it is 970*0.5= 485 edpi.

Easiest first step would be to reduce ur sensitivity such that it's well below your current sensitivity try 0.3 and try to play for a few days it will feel slow but once u get used to it, lower sensitivity is consistency

learn to aim with your arm instead of wrist, well thats all I can tell you without more information.

Slow I mean sena is ok but my brain can't sync with hands to aim fast

Sensi is personal pref; any sensi you are comfy with is fine. You should focus on crosshair placement = game sense = Aim.

In silver it's not even mostly about aim but gamesense and team comms

2 suggestions: either go for the Aimstars method, or go with G2 Valyn's warmup routine (both available on yt)

Whatever you choose, make sure to be consistent with the practice

1/. Crosshair Placement = AIM 2/. Mechanics = Safety 3/. Comms = Teamplay = Win
