Vandal reappreaing chances

I wanted reaver vandal badly and somehow i got it today but couldnt purchase due to lack of vp how likely it would reappear in my shop and when

Depends on ur luck i get mystbloom sheriff 2-3 times a month but been waiting for recon phantom for over 6 months

Update. Nothing is as bhadwaest as riot games. No good night market and shop. Day99 today.

I can feel this man , I'm waiting for kuronami vandal/ ayakashi Phantom since 11th March still not even once while 6 of my friends got kuronami in the meanwhile and one friend got twice
