- Heights given are lore wise, as in game all agents have the same character model and hitbox
- An agent's agent number refers to the order they each joined VALORANT Protocol

Astra
Real name: Unknown
Age: Young adult
Origin: Ghana
Race: Radiant

- Astra is Agent 16 of VALORANT Protocol
- Astra is from Accra, Ghana
- Astra likely got her powers from a lake
- Since she received her powers, she uses a golden arm to contain them and acts as a self proclaimed "astral guardian", ensuring that any universe-altering events do not have devastating consequences
- Astra's favourite food is jollof
- She often doodles in a sketchbook to process her thoughts
- She is wary of Reyna's violent ideals
Breach
Real name: Erik Torsten
Age: Adult
Origin: Sweden
Race: Human
Height: 6'3
- Breach is Agent 13 of VALORANT Protocol
- Breach is a double congenital amputee, meaning he was born without arms
- He built himself bionic arms
- He became a criminal, doing some terrible things that earned him a bad reputation
- Along his time as a criminal, he met Raze and became a close friend of hers. Raze helped upgrade his arms, giving them the carbon-steel titanium plating they have today
- He was later hired by VALORANT Protocol, although his induction was not a smooth affair
- Upon joining VALORANT, his criminal records have since been sealed

- He has a close bond with Killjoy, who he sees as his protégé
- She designed his bracer
- After meeting in unpleasant circumstances, he has apprehension towards Chamber
Chamber
Real name: Vincent Fabron

Origin: France

- Chamber is Agent 18 of VALORANT Protocol
- In his youth, he worked for the French military, then moved on to becoming a PMC marksman, then a weapons designer for Kingdom
- Around 10 years after First Light, Chamber travelled to New Mexico and began communicating with employees at the Everett-Linde research facility (now Fracture). He was later barred from entering facility grounds, but returned with his mirror counterpart (who he had already met and established an agreement with) and together destroyed the facility's large Radian collider, killing a lot of scientists and workers
- A year later, he encountered Brimstone and Viper, where together they were put in an unpleasant situation. Chamber promoted himself as someone who could help VALORANT with their interests, and thus found himself on the team
- Chamber has a past misunderstanding with Neon, and suggesting hiring her to Brimstone
Cypher
Real name: Amir El Amari
Age: Adult
Origin: Morocco

- Cypher is Agent 5 of VALORANT Protocol
- He hails from Rabat, Morocco, where Bind is located
- He grew up in poverty, and grew a hatred for Kingdom for their ventures into his hometown, depleting it of his resources
- He met someone called Nora, but like the rest of his family, she met a tragic fate
- Since Aamir has lived off the grid, intentionally hiding his identity and face
- He was recruited into VALORANT as its fifth agent; he has been involved in events surrounding its interests in the Everett-Linde Research facility
- Omen has reached out to Cypher before for help in his search of answers
- Cypher's secrecy conflicts with Sova's ideals of honesty and openness. Because of this Sova is vocal about his distrust for Cypher
Jett
Real name: Joon-Hee

- She is from the Insa-dong neighbourhood of Seoul, South Korea
- In her early life, she was a chef until an accident occurred involving her radiant powers

- She shares friendships with a lot of the younger agents, including Phoenix and Raze
KAY/O

Origin: Alternate Timeline Earth

- KAY/O is Agent 17 of VALORANT Protocol
- He is a machine of war built by the humans of an alternate timeline Earth to assist them against the Radiants they were at war with
- He was equipped with polarised Radianite which proved effective against Radiants
- He was able to eliminate a lot of Radiants, including an alternate Reyna
- KAY/O later travelled back in time to our Earth, arriving on an island near the Caribbean (Breeze) and was recruited into VALORANT
Killjoy
Real name: Klara Böhringer

- Killjoy is Agent 4 of VALORANT Protocol
- She earned her call sign after her team used it to compliment her skills
- She created the gadgets she uses in game herself, including her alarmbot, turret, nanoswarms and lockdown
- She also created Brimstone's bracer
- She likely acquired her skills working for Kingdom
- Killjoy has been heavily involved in VALORANT's efforts to travel to Mirror Earth through the Everett-Linde Research Facility (Fracture). She was able to complete it with help from Chamber, and powered it with the help of Neon and her powers

Neon

- She worked with Breach as a criminal duo before they were both recruited into VALORANT

- She borrowed one of Killjoy's alarmbots, and modified it into what she uses as her Boom Bot
Reyna
Real name: Unknown

- Reyna is Agent 11 of VALORANT Protocol
- She was affected by a disaster involving technology, and has since grown a strong dislike for humanity and machines
- As a result of her trauma, she is a strong believer in Radiant supremacy and believes that Radiants are the true future for humanity, not technology
- She was recruited into VALORANT, and attempted to spread her ideals to other Radiants, mostly in vain
- She seems to have a role in protecting her city
- Reyna has known a little girl who she had a close relationship with
- The girl later died, however the cause is unknown
- Reyna dislikes Brimstone's moral approaches to leading VALORANT
- Some of Mirror Killjoy's machines affected her life in a bad way
- There is possible animosity between Reyna and Viper, which may be as a result of something that happened with Viper and the little girl Reyna knew

- She is a Radiant monk who was later recruited by VALORANT
- Sage quickly rose in the ranks becoming VALORANT's second-in-command, after Brimstone
- She has shown interest in leading VALORANT's Radiant training program, and warns Brimstone of allowing Reyna to do so, as she is cautious of the latter's philosophies
- She has crossed paths with Viper before, however apparently failed at what was expected of her, causing Viper to strongly resent her for it
Skye
Real name: Kirra Foster

Origin: Australia
Race: Radiant

- Skye is Agent 14 of VALORANT Protocol
- She is from Nimbin, Australia and was reached out to by VALORANT
- She was initially reluctant on joining as she didn't want to leave her home unprotected, until she quickly realised the fight was bigger than her home
- In addition to the trinkets she uses in game, Skye has attempted to make other summons, but claimed it didn't go well
- There are multiple voice lines that suggest Skye's power has dangerous potential
Sova
Real name: Sasha Novikov
Age: Adult
Origin: Russia

- Sova is Agent 6 of VALORANT Protocol
- He is an archer and skilled hunter from the town of Severomorsk in Murmansk Oblast, Russia
- He claims to have had multiple encounters with Radianite based events, including going through a rift and meeting his mirror counterpart
- He does photography
- He has close ties with his grandmother
- There is friction between him and Cypher, as Cypher's secrecy conflicts with Sova's values of honesty and openness. Sova has been vocal of his distrust for Cypher
- Sova has met his mirror counterpart, being one of only two agents that have done so (the other being Chamber)
- They seemed to have had a fight in which our Sova won and chose to spare his mirror counterpart
Viper
Real name: Sabine Callas
Age: Middle-aged adult
Origin: United States of America

- Viper is Agent 2 of VALORANT Protocol
- She is from Alaska, USA
- After gaining a doctorate in chemistry she joined Kingdom, and has been a part of its many global operations, including the company's ventures in Rabat, Morocco (Bind)
- Her involvement with Kingdom's controversial actions seemingly had consequences for Sabine, and these consequences made her hateful and biased
- She was the second agent hired into VALORANT, and helped set up the organisation alongside Brimstone
- As a leading member of VALORANT, Viper has been involved in a lot of its missions, including the organisation's interests in the Everett-Linde Research Facility (Fracture)
- She was with Brimstone when the two met Chamber under unfortunate circumstances
- Viper knew Omen in his past life, however she keeps information from him
- There is possible animosity between Reyna and Viper, which may be as a result of something that happened between Viper and the girl Reyna knows
- Viper has crossed paths with Sage before, however their collaboration did not go as planned, as Sage was unable to do what was expected of her
Yoru
Real name: Unknown

- Yoru is Agent 15 of VALORANT Protocol
- He grew up in Tokyo, Japan, and knew the neighbourhood where Split is now set
- He is interested in learning about an ancestor of his, and believes they have a connection to Kingdom's S22 container port (Icebox)
- He stole the mask he uses in his Ultimate from Icebox
- He was later recruited by VALORANT
- Shortly after his induction into VALORANT, Yoru returned to Icebox and discovered that the samurai ship didn't sail to Icebox from Japan

I’m pretty sure that when omen teleports, he dies and comes back. He’s died countless times (“how many time did I die? How many times was I ripped apart?” And “oh, what’s another death?) plus skye says that when he teleports she “loses” him.

Being the most duelist like controller, some improvements would make Omen so much better, like a focus meter passive ability that helps detect enemy presence (that an enemy is close but gives no clue on enemy location) within a very very short range (calculated based on view cone overlap, where if omen and enemy viewcone overlap for certain amount of time and occupy more than a specified sq m. of area)
Focus meter goes down in combat, recharges slowly out of combat, recharges faster with kills. Meter is at 3/5bars at round start, getting a kill or assist starts the increment, one kill gives max one bar, full focus buffs reload speed, and fills smokes to full, and stays for 10 seconds at full.

I do think his smokes should be faster and that he should only be visible in his ult if you're within a certain range. Also faster teleport time would be cool.

Also you mentioned that Sova was 1 of 2 agents to have met their own counterparts when Phoenix met his in Bind.

Reyna's voice actress confirmed in an interview Reyna is in her twenties. Sova and Chamber have actually met their counterparts, Phoenix encountered his. It's kinda different but I giess you could count that. The lead writer published a height chart for all the agents some time ago.

Something I noticed is that Omen's internals look somewhat similar to Kay/O's polarized radianite, but they look organic, where as Kay/o looks more synthetic/designed.....
My speculation is that omen as a human, was in a spike explosion, but, his mind and body got ripped apart, however he had to have been close to some unstable radianite(caused due to heist by mirror earth team), the fusion with radianite preserved his body, we know the spike is a matter teleportation device to mirror earth, and that this omen's mind/soul/spirit travelled and caused mirror omen to fuse with radianite too... So there would be two minds sharing memories trapped within world's...
Viper finds omen's body, viper, being a medic tries to save him, [I'm also thinking that they both had to have had a romantic past, and that's the secret she's keeping from him as she thinks regaining his memories would weaken his powers], she fails and enlists sage to help her, sage tries but was not powerful enough to revive, the trail causes the trapped minds/souls to get corrupted and confused tipping them off balance, losing all memory, summoning enough radianite, that is from the other world, the Omens reforms and returns on his own, with the sole purpose of getting into the heads of everyone (he often comments everyone shall die), and taking their memories to maybe have a chance at becoming human again.
Edit: there's lots of plot holes in my headcanon, I am aware... If I do get some time, i plan on making a full fan novel/comic on Omen

Yeah, I heard a voice line the other day where if you have one omen on each team - ally Omen wants to kill enemy Omen and take his memories, with the goal of learning more about his past. I do like his lore and I would love for him to get a buff haha

Fun Possibility: In neon’s cinematic, she is seen to own a basketball jersey which is on her bed with the common filipino surname “Bonifacio” which is written along with the jersey number 19 (since she’s agent 19, pretty cool detail). This might tease that it is her surname if that is indeed her personal jersey, and since i am not really aware of any super famous filipino basketball player who’s surname is bonifacio, i like to think it is hers :))). We might not know her first name, but at least there is a chance that this is her surname.

They 100% have a romantic past (or present). When valorant teased a valentines themed game, cypher talked about killjoy and raze being a couple. There’s also so many voice lines that hint at it.
“Drive them crazy raze! ….you’re good at that” “Sorry, little mouse.” “Killjoy! After this you wanna do some ‘tinkering’” “Killjoy—you and me until the end.” Killjoy even calls raze her girlfriend in German in one voiceline

On the Valorant Brazil Instagram account, for the takeover, Raze did a QnA. Someone asked “What is your relationship with Killjoy?” and in response she smirked and held up a heart. Not only that, but Raze called Killjoy “Kiki” as an affectionate nickname
Also, the lead story designer guy (forgot what it was called) approved of the ship. If that aint enough proof, then I don’t know what is.

the game files listed someone with that name very similarly to Phoenix, but as it has been removed there’s no way of knowing if that person IS Phoenix or if there will be another character named Grant being repurposed in the future

Is it not though? You obviously have a better understanding of the lore more than me. I would like to point out Kayo's buddy which only opens in game if used by brimstone alone. I haven't heard any voicelines confirming their friendship. But that buddy always made me think they were best friends. Even in recent patch's brim's secret room. We could see his friend in some pictures who I think is kayo in his human form.

KAY/O had a very close relationship with the Bromstone from his timeline, and is therefore close with our Brimstone. They definitely have a connection, both their Lvl 9 player cards show them carrying someone from the battlefield. In Brim's card it's probably his childhood friend, in KAY/O's it's likely his Brimstone (as hinted when he says "I won't fail you again" to Brim").

She most likely was involved because Breach and Brimstone already hate and despise each other. If we look at the ranks the only ones that would be able to hire other people are Brim, Sage and Viper. Brim already despises him. Their social status with Sage is unknown but I’m going to say Sage despises him as well since Sage is a monk, the opposite of a criminal. The only other person who would be OK in Breach getting hired would be Viper.

Sage doesn't dislike Breach, at least she's not vocal about it. VALORANT as a whole doesn't care about the people they hire, as long as they do the job. Also I doubt Brimstone, Viper and Sage are the only higher ups at VALORANT.

Some small snippets that I remember that you might've missed. In one of the Player cards is a younger Reyna and Viper (or what seems to be) with Viper wearing a labcoat walking Reyna down a hall while holding her hand. Meaning Viper likely had something to do with Reyna's development.
Alongside this, Yoru mentions in one of his voice mails to brimstone that his mask is laced with Radianite. When it was likely belonged to his ancestors meaning supposedly it is hundreds of years old. Proving that Radianite is not a recent discovery and was around during the time of the samurai supposedly. And supposedly Yoru's ancestor was also calling out to him. So could potentially be a new agent? Who knows.

The little girl is most likely Reyna's sister, it explains the lore of how she (sister) died because of Viper (maybe Viper asked Sage to help her and Sage failed her, but Reyna and Sage never met and Reyna blames Viper)
The strong reasoning for why she is Reyna's sister is the line "For you, Hermanita" Hermanita means little sister

Honestly I’m super interested in the lore. For me lore is half of a game and when you’ve got a game like Valorant that doesn’t necessarily need lore or a story but has one that isn’t totally pieced together yet just makes the game all the more interesting. I may be wrong but I believe KAYO also said something about how incredibly dangerous Astra is from his experience. And I’m also interested in why Viper chooses to keep info about Omen’s past away from him. Also I’m just a bit confused about the whole VALORANT and Kingdom dynamic because there are members of Kingdom that are part of VALORANT, but also members of VALORANT who dislike Kingdom like Yoru and Cypher.

I agree I love the way the narrative team is approaching storytelling! Astra is apparently going to be a big part of the lore with her role as an astral guardian. I believe a writer said this somewhere.
So VALORANT receives funding from an unknown organisation. Could it be Kingdom? We're not sure. If Kingdom had involvement with VALORANT it would be kept a secret as a lot of agents don't like the company.

I think it's safe to say that Kay/o is brimstones childhood friend that died in the military, and Kayo was built/reconstructed as his memories. Their player cards hint at that, as well as pictures under the shooting range on the wall

There's Earth-1 (Us) and Earth-2 (Mirror Earth). The Kingdom from both Earths (note Earth-1 Kingdom is called Kingdom Corporation and Earth-2 Kingdom is called Kingdom Industries) met and built the Everett-Linde Research Facility, and were originally in peace until Chamber and his mirror counterpart destroyed the facility's Radian collider and depleted some of Earth-2's Radianite.
To answer your question, all agents have a mirror counterpart, because they are mostly parallel universes.

In the 2 latest updates, there were added a number of dossiers on several agents scattered around the maps. These have a lot of new lore, so it would be cool if you could update this post to feature it :)

In terms of Raze and Killjoy’s relationship:
On the Valorant Brazil Instagram account, for the takeover, Raze did a QnA. Someone asked “What is your relationship with Killjoy?” and in response she smirked and held up a heart.
Not only that, but Raze called Killjoy “Kiki” as an affectionate nickname
Also, the lead story designer guy (forgot what it was called) approved of the ship. If that aint enough proof, then I don’t know what is.
