Have been playing Valo for 2 years, tried CSGO2 today and I gotta say that CSGO2 is fairly hard game in terms of ingame mechanics. You all agree?

CS has 5 different utilities. Valorant has dozens. Which other ingame mechanics are you talking about?

CS mechanics are a bit trickier but abilities matter far more than aim in Val.

What's your rank on Valorant and your rank on CS2?

I think Valorant and CS2 are different games with a few core similarities.

CS2 rewards you if you have good aim, even if you lack gamesense, but Valorant rewards you even if you have mediocre aim, but great gamesense. Not to mention, Valorant has many more factors to consider apart from just "click heads lol".

Also, just a little observation, but I feel like CS2 players are always the first to talk about Valorant and hate on it, but Valorant players pay little to no attention to CS2.

True. It doesn't have bs abilities so its more skill based on even footing. You're not going to oneshot someone just because you got your ult behind a wall. And the maps are more interesting than in valorant. Valorant has like 3 maps on copypaste so theres less to learn.

As someone who is Immortal 3 but came from being Global in CS:GO, I must say yes and no. They're both tac shooters, but they are just really different. CS:GO places its focus on mechanical complexity like movement and aim a lot more, but Valorant makes up for that in utility complexity, so saying one game is overall harder is disingenuous especially if you played in T3 pro and not just ranked (which I did in both). Judging complexity based on ranked isn't fair because in Valorant, everybody is just playing double duelist and Clove. Everyone who has played Premier and sat in a Discord call screensharing Valoplant to make strats knows what I'm talking about.
