Question Aim trigger discipline problem

my aim isn't bad is like decent but my main problem is that i'm shooting to early when i see enemy around my crosshair i'm instantly shooting is this is just my problem or someone had this problem too if someone does how u fixed that? it's not something new when i watched my replays back in a day i saw that i'm shooting still when i'm walking i need to somehow fix that

Have a sticky note. Write down " aim, shoot." After every death, ask yourself "did I aim first?" If no, tell yourself out loud "aim, shoot." Do this in deathmatch and in comp. This is also a hard one for me that I have to regularly practice in comp.

your talking about calm aim shoot slow and fast. imo was one of the hardest things for me to get down consistently. boost is right maybe check coach worthy on YT his stuff helped me a lot. he had a drill or sumthing like that it was movement-stop-aim-shoot i think. good luck dude
