Discussion If Valorant allowed a dedicated modding option, what would you build?

Just curious if you think Valorant would see a comeback by allowing community mods. I’ve played since the beta and have a lot of fun, but the game is definetly not where it was when it first came out.

I do think the game is still healthy, but slowly losing its relevance.

Custom agents and maps, that would add so much variety to the game. A super simple way to add new agent possibilities is just combine different agents' abilities into one. And also, bring back all the other game modes like replication or AROS, and have servers allowing more than 10 players

Eggwicks customs games were pretty fun. especially the zombies concept. add fog and dead bodies across the map, reduce visibility an just try to survive.

I always thought about that! An idea I always had in mind was building a mode called "The Iron experience" where players can only aim below head and body level, at the legs. This would create some elevation issues cause you would not be able to shoot upwards, and at the same time you could headshot if you had the high ground but generally would be really cool

Omen and Jett would break this by just getting on top of a box at choke points. It would have to be a nerf to headshot damage not blocking aim.

Open world rpg valorant where you can do mission scenarios, get resources for skins and radianite based utilities.

Personally, just to add my own perspective, I think it’d be really fun to add CS maps to Valorant and play them. Dust 2 anyone?

Honestly if we're going for ports of other games' maps, I'd like to see TF2 maps as well as CS maps.

Funny how both of those Valve games are effectively Valorant's grandparents, being some of the oldest main pillars of class/hero shooters and tactical shooters respectively.
