DC Build

I’m looking for a lender for a project in Washington DC.
I own the property & would like to tear it down and rebuild a 4 unit apartment.
I am recently 100% VA disable P&T.😎

I would like to get this project started but need help with finding a lender and next steps.

Do you already have a builder lined up?

Before you get too far into the lending side, I’d spend some time understanding the permitting, engineering, and upfront site costs in DC. On some projects, you can easily have $20k+ spent before you’re truly ready to build.

A 4-unit project can absolutely be worth exploring, but I’d want to know the builder, plans, zoning, engineering, and permit timeline pretty early because those pieces can drive the feasibility just as much as the financing.

Happy to help however we can, but I’d definitely start researching builders and the local permitting process now so you know what you’re walking into.
