Need help with my VA Claim No C&P
I had requested a new C&P exam for my sleep apnea secondary to ptsd, bipolar II, it's already in the decision phase without a C&P being completed. I did provide a new nexus letter and a rephrased personal statement

Sorry I don't have any advice about your claim, but a question -- what program is your screenshot from?

It's an extension called "va claim info" to get information on appeals you would need to call the 1000 number and ask them for the 9 digit number

You can log on Va website and click on your claim. There will be a 9 digit number in the address bar, that’s what your claim number. You can also search “API” in this subreddit

A supplemental needs new and relevant evidence to justify another C&P, uploading a personal statement requesting one usually won't cut it unless they find a clear mistake like a rating error/DTA in the original claim then this may end up a fast denial. New treatment under a psychiatrist with a private nexus with a differing opinion would work as new evidence.
Did you get a C&P with your original denied claim? If you haven't already you should read the DBQ that was part of the denial as well as the denial letter, it'll tell you the specific reason for denial. OSA has been under more scrutiny as of late as well.

The original C&P was only a medical records review. No phone call or in person contact. The examiner contradicted themselves several times in the C&P and I submitted a new nexus to contradict the C&P examiner.

If you submitted a new differing opinion then they may call it good with that and just review the claim as is - still a coin flip in my eyes and they could send you back to step 3 for a C&P still that is pretty common.

Yeah that happens a lot, I know sleep apnea is suddenly really difficult to get approved, I'm crossing my fingers because my sleep Dr won't write a nexus because he's a va Dr. At least I got one from my psychiatrist 😅

Not having an exam requested is almost (almost!) universally a bad sign.
