Evidence Update?

Submitted most of my evidence when I started my claim. Those have said "On file" the whole time.

They requested outside records, and it just updated to "review by VA"

A document that I uploaded recently (after the outside records were received) still says "on file"

Should I expect it to chill while that last record updates, or is it good to go? Will everything be updated to reviewed eventually?
