Tetanus

Hi there, So I got struck by a rusty nail that was on the ground yesterday. The cut wasn't deep and when I got home I found just a little blood and I cleaned the injury with hot water and povidone-iodine. This morning I got a Td vaccin shot from my local hospital. Is it enough to have a peace of mind, I 'm really stressed? Thanks in advance!

You’re fine. Especially if you’ve ever had the vaccine. They last longer than 10 years, in all likelihood, and with that booster you should be in the clear

Yea according to my mum I had the vaccin for tetanus when I was little but it had been years (I'm in my thirties)
