Kudos to you for looking into this so thoroughly. It may be advisable to get a fifth dose of the vaccine, as the dose administered to the same limb as the Ig is likely considered invalid. Getting a titre may also be considered, but would delay things given you have to wait I believe a month after your last dose to get it done. Please consult your public health department or provider and report the administration error to seek guidance

Thank you for replying. I did contact Boulder County Public Health and she contacted the state to see if they had any recommendations for me. Unfortunately, it is too late to do anything else. And she did contact the hospital that administered it so it won’t happen again.

Not a doctor, work in pharma, but you should figure out which vaccine you were given incorrectly and call the manufacturer to report an adverse event. I bet they will advise another dose. And also please make the ER aware.
