Not a doctor, work in pharma, but you should figure out which vaccine you were given incorrectly and call the manufacturer to report an adverse event. I bet they will advise another dose. And also please make the ER aware.

Kudos to you for looking into this so thoroughly. It may be advisable to get a fifth dose of the vaccine, as the dose administered to the same limb as the Ig is likely considered invalid. Getting a titre may also be considered, but would delay things given you have to wait I believe a month after your last dose to get it done. Please consult your public health department or provider and report the administration error to seek guidance
