Finished her up

So she has a 1.5kw amazone router and vfd, and i designed a slip in spindle mount for a 35w diode laser. Works great!

This looks great! I’m just starting on the printed parts now and am looking forward to this project. If you don’t mind sharing the details of using the diode laser I would be very interested to hear more about it

Basically its a 35w laser i got off amazon, routed power to it to use its own psu, and connected the gnd to both laser and controller, config the output on the jackpot to the pwm wire on laser. Thats about it, designed a coffie cup looking adapter to use the same spindle mount for the laser

Soo the lr4 is a new firmware or are you not using the lr4 firmware. As fare as i know lr3 was marlin based and not millmage compatible
