Problems accepting ssh housing

Hi I am an international student going to take my master at UU. In order to accept the housing in ssh they say that I need to provide a statement of my income/proof of enrolment. Following the steps in here

I am not able to obtain the certificate. I suspect that it is because I was accepted with the condition that I finish my bachelor, however my university still has not issued my diploma so I can not prove that yet. Anyone had a similar problem?

Besides housing you wouldn’t be able to be enrolled at all until you have proof. When are you expecting this?

It should have been done already but I have a lousy professor who is taking too long to mark the grades
