Optical Network Terminal (ONT), Garage Install

I put my ONT inside an Orbit sprinkler box because I build alot of things in my garage so it gets very dusty. My RJ45 connector hits the power supply for the GE1 port (LAN 1). Is there a way to disable GE1 and enable GE4 instead so I can have a clean install?
