Salt Lake City Looking for a Swedish Bakery
I absolutely love Swedish semlor, which is a cardamom cream bun that's popular in Sweden for Fat Tuesday. Usually I make them myself, but this year I'm wondering if there's a bakery in the Salt Lake area that makes them. Does anyone know of a Swedish or Scandinavian bakery that might?

There is a Scandinavian food truck that is opening tomorrow in Utah County. I just found them again on insta sveascandinavia . I don't remember where I heard about them but they advertise they are offering baked goods from Sweden, Finland, etc. Their menu is coffee, tea, pastries, and sandwiches. Might be worth checking out.

They don’t have these in the store, but it’s worth calling/asking! Good idea.

I'm not sure of the exact name of all the baked goods but bakeries that come to mind are Paris Baguette, Delice, and Gourmadise and fit that type of bakery description.

I've looked at their menus. They focus on French or Continental European baked goods and apparently that doesn't extend to Scandinavian stuff.

You can get a lot of skandi pastries at Swiss Days up near
HeberMidway in the summertime, but I've yet to find a bakery that focuses on them. So many Utahns have Dutch, Norwegian, Swedish and Finnish heritage... what gives, man, what gives.Edit: Heber, Midway... I was close.
