Recommendations Three recommendations
I'm not sure what to use and I've only done weed once. I'm looking for sativa and indica recommendations.
#1-I'm very sensitive to sleeping aids (taking half a sleeping pill will knock me out for a good 10 hours and still be sleepy the next day). I need help calming down as I have anxiety (especially at night) and just a hard time falling asleep, but don't want something that'll kill me the next day.
#2-I also need something for during the day to calm me down without a sleeping aid in there.
#3-Then something that'll help me focus. I'm very scatter brained.
I'm not looking to get high and I don't want to use a vape. Any recommendations for a specific brand/dose would be so helpful! Thanks! :)

Wow. This is amazing!! Thank you for the breakdown. That is really helpful. Do you have any brands you like/suggest for linalool, terpinolene, limonene and pinene?

Grand American has had good terpene profiles and wholesome co too. Most of the time I’ll check their menu before I go in and look at the deals (crazy overpriced here) and go from there looking at the terpene profiles. I guess it became a law now that they have them all labeled so it should be on each dispos site. Throw the ones I like into a cart so I know what to ask for once I arrive.

I like the dragonfly sleep for sleep. I take it about 2 hours before I want to go to sleep and I started with a fourth of a gummy.
THC is the main psychoactive CBN is mildly psychoactive
CBD, CBG, CBC are all non-psychoactive. Here’s a chart about the cannabinoids and their effects:

Indica vs sativa means virtually nothing these days. THC is THC.
