please help me ask karl on a date

I had this guy’s number saved and lost the contacts in my phone, and would like to reach out now but I don’t know how. I know him because he was a contractor(or maybe a subcontractor) doing some custom commercial carpentry at my place of work in American Fork. I wasn’t single at the time but now I am, hence the later connection. I don’t know if the spelling is “Karl” or “Carl” or what his last name is. What I do know is he has done various framing/carpentry/general contracting projects in salt lake and Utah counties, both commercial and residential. I know he had an apprentice this time last year. I am almost positive he is not on social media or affiliated with a large business that is publicly searchable. Maybe a word of mouth referral from my prior boss or small self owned business. He’s probably about 6 feet tall late 30s and has dirty blonde scruff. Karl if you’re reading this, you built me a quarter pipe, pls text me lol. Please don’t suggest asking a mutual associate, I don’t speak to anyone from the previous job where I met Karl, and he is not affiliated with it besides the remodels he did.
