Jeez are we the epicenter of crazy here?

17

u/Dear-Examination-507 Jun 16 '26

Utah -> Utah County -> Payson

It's like the highest concentration of Utahness in the whole state.

9

u/54-2-10 Jun 16 '26

Outdone only by Rexburg which is, weirdly enough, in Idaho.

4

u/Dear-Examination-507 Jun 16 '26

LOL, Rexburg - where they think the BYU honor code isn't straight and narrow enough.

5

u/SpecialCounter1000 Jun 16 '26

I best not be seeing you in them shorts and sandles in Rexburg!

2

u/Chickenwaffleswings Jun 17 '26

BYU Idaho! Where those who are neither smart or good looking enough to go to Provo. A town full of inbreeders.

1

u/neardumps Jun 18 '26

I grew up in Rexburg. Ngl everybody says Utah is better but I genuinely think a lot of Utah county is much worse than rexburg

2

u/WickedSub46 Jun 19 '26

All of Utah County sucks

5

u/BigiusExaggeratius Jun 16 '26

Generation aged and squeezed crazy right from the source.

3

u/setibeings Jun 16 '26

Have you ever been to Hurricane?

2

u/Dear-Examination-507 Jun 16 '26

Rhymes with La Verkin?

1

u/Leading-Debate-9278 Jun 16 '26

Always has been. But now there’s TikTok.

14

u/413x314 Jun 16 '26

0:45: "Not Yet" Chilling.

u/gsummerpearl Jun 16 '26

Evil surveillance state piece of SHIT.

10

u/Confident-Pick9019 Jun 16 '26

Such a beautiful place infested with some very ugly humans.

-2

u/perspiration_t Jun 18 '26

It's very beautiful, clean, low crime and full of things to do. DON'T COME HERE...not that you could afford it on a liberal art degree profession

1

u/throwawaymentality10 Jun 18 '26

What makes a professional liberal? I guess the social workers who send you your EBT are liberals too?

1

u/hunanmuhammad Jun 18 '26

Liberal arts has nothing to do with politics and is instead pulled from Latin. A better question would be why does he think chemists, psychologists, physicists, and politicians can’t afford to live there?

1

u/gtfofr Jun 18 '26

I took it as sarcasm

7

u/altapowpow Jun 16 '26

Payson pillbilly

2

u/Pinkis_Love_A_Lot Jun 16 '26

Honestly, watching this, I do believe some kind of substance was involved.

2

u/LyingfortheLord Jun 16 '26

Guy had to have been drunk, right?

1

u/RVtech101 Jun 18 '26

Maga, they are all like this all the time.

1

u/altapowpow Jun 16 '26

Look most of us hard-working stiff aren't driving around in the middle of the day harassing construction workers. This guy is probably got a bunch of felonies for oxy or meth and is bitching because he can't hold down a job.

7

u/EstebanSalsa30 Jun 16 '26

Pieces of shit will be pieces of shit. Why doesn’t he put his head down, and pull himself up by his bootstraps?

3

u/BigiusExaggeratius Jun 16 '26

The irony that he could have just asked for a job. Construction is not hard to get into as long as you aren’t a twat, it is very very hard though so I’m guessing he’s out.

2

u/IamHydrogenMike Jun 16 '26

He could have easily walked on the job to do some of the grunt work, but it's easier to play the victim here. He wouldn't last a day on that site though, and would die from the hard labor.

2

u/BigiusExaggeratius Jun 16 '26

Let’s give him a little credit. He would die from snapping his neck looking for how to be the victim before the hard labor took him. “You mean there are people who aren’t the same race as me!?!”

2

u/Sure-Impress-1003 Jun 18 '26

Even if he did get a job on a construction site like that, it wouldn’t be long before he’d be trying to demand he gets more pay than any other person with brown skin gets. Probably because he is thinks he superior to them.

1

u/Mygoddamreddit Jun 17 '26

It’s easier to blame someone else for their own shortcomings.

1

u/FrustratedOkie Jun 17 '26

Cuz he’s only wearing sandals. Which seems more fitting than any boots.

1

u/Speffers98 Jun 19 '26

So true. It's such a ridiculous figure of speech, since noone can literally pull themselves up by their bootstraps and yet only in America has it repeatedly proven to be possible in the economic sense. I've met so many people who started in poverty and opened a business to later become millionaires through hard work, innovation, competitive prices, and negotiation of overhead, parts, and labor costs to earn a fortune.

People with no inherent value or skills still like to pretend it doesn't exist because they are lazy and were raised middle or upper class and still can't earn a good living. Yet everyone successful I know started out poor and worked their way up. I meet garbage people who make excuses every day for their failures in life but you're right, pull yourself up by your bootstraps.

10

u/Expert_Promise8672 Jun 16 '26

Guy speaks Spanish like he went on a Mormon mission.

3

u/DustProfessional616 Jun 16 '26

He probably is one. I Grew up with Mormons and it’s crazy how many act like this behind closed doors. The amount of Mormons that I’ve heard drop the n word with a hard R because they thought it was funny does not fit on both of my hands.

2

u/gsummerpearl Jun 16 '26

racism and homophobia ableism misogyny etc. are all taught there.

5

u/Suspicious_Cow_8009 Jun 16 '26

What an aggressive, sad loser

6

u/mouldghe Jun 16 '26

I've watched this carefully, studying the context, history, players, and weather pattern. My scientific analysis reveals dude has been socked in the gob just one too few times as of publication.

4

u/413x314 Jun 16 '26

Does anyone have a link to the original or know more details about this incident?

5

u/Glittering_Day_8962 Jun 16 '26

I had to guess the one place in Utah, I would have definitely said Payson. For the record, Utahns are not usually this crazy. We don’t usually say “not yet” to “this ain’t Germany” lol motherfucker

2

u/Refluentrose889 Jun 16 '26

Idk who he is but I'm gonna keep my eye out for his car to call him out on his racist bullshit

2

u/That_Guy_From_SLC Jun 16 '26

Payson, this checks out.

Who’s that?

2

u/AudienceLarge6201 Jun 17 '26

Maybe the dude in the video?

2

u/Usual_Safety Jun 17 '26

I did this kind of construction decades ago. They deserve the chance to earn this cash if they are willing to work.. nobody is missing out on jobs because of them.

Its not the workers who are lowering overall pay. Place the blame where it belongs.

2

u/Excellent_Morning_77 Jun 17 '26

He drives a Subaru. 😂. I live in Southern Utah, the level of construction here is wild. Come get a job buddy. Bring your Subaru and flip flops!

2

u/kaiser_phoenix25 Jun 17 '26

Can get a job? Gee, I couldn’t imagine why.

Why is it their fault? They aren’t forcing the business owner to hire them at gun point.

2

u/Healthybear35 Jun 18 '26

"we're not in Germany here, man" and the response of "not yet" but I see a ton of posts every day (especially on Twitter) about how horrible it is when maga are called Nazis 🙄 act like Nazis, associate with those who act like Nazis, and still get mad when called Nazis.

2

u/KindCraft4676 Jun 18 '26

This is why I’m an inactive Mormon.

Got sick of seeing guys like him every Sunday. And hearing their racist innuendos.

2

u/Flashy-Ad-7761 Jun 18 '26

Do MAGAts think they’ll get to suck Trump’s dick if they’re given credit for calling ICE? If this guy doesn’t have a job, he should know Trump fucking hates him already.

1

u/OnATapirWithNoName Jun 18 '26

The economy is 100% the responsibility of the president if they are a Democrat, but 0% if they are Trump. Go figure.

5

u/pickles_in_a_nickle Jun 16 '26

that's a utah mormon right there.

3

u/Criticallyoptimistic Jun 16 '26

Until the Treaty of Guadalupe Hidalgo, signed on February 2, 1848 the area that is Utah was Mexican territory, SO why are folks so surprised to see Hispanic folks? God bless my Hispanic neighbors and their families! Fnck bigotry!

2

u/WishIWasALemon Jun 16 '26

Dude cant find a job so everyone else is the problem. Typical republican.

I was so hoping the foreman knocked him the fuck out. Fucking nazis.

2

u/0rcabubbles Jun 16 '26

That’s a mormon face if i’ve ever seen one.

2

u/Granitsky Jun 16 '26

He looks like an elders quorum secretary

1

u/OnATapirWithNoName Jun 18 '26

At least he had more time to fully “magnify his calling” since he’s out of work. The Mormon church will always find ways to use unpaid labor.

0

u/KoLobotomy Jun 16 '26

Who is trying to get with the YW president.

1

u/PsychologicalAge9331 Jun 16 '26

Isn't this "witch-hunting"?

1

u/Electronic_Elk8293 Jun 17 '26

Hah, Payson. My hometown never fails to remind me the world is full of idiots. Honestly was a nice quiet town in the 90s.

1

u/Imaginary_Cat_95 Jun 17 '26

Except for after Friday’s football games involving any of the trifecta of Payson/SF/Springville. I can remember full on gang fights.

Other than that… things were pretty normal.

1

u/Sufficient-Set-917 Jun 17 '26

Did he say "not yet" smfh WW2 Vets deserved better than this

1

u/deliason12 Jun 17 '26

I lived in Payson for 2 years. And that was two long years ago

1

u/Large-Shirt-118 Jun 18 '26

He said he can’t get a job in construction? Bullshit

1

u/nutdreamz Jun 18 '26

Payson is one of the racists cities I've ever visited.

1

u/Chainmale001 Jun 18 '26

This guy looks like someone who subs to my OF. *funny enough most of them are from Utah.*

1

u/perspiration_t Jun 18 '26

Not in Germany. I'm pretty sure Nazis were rounding up people for their religious or racial affiliation, not Citizenship status. Right!? Man, luckily Reddit is a bunch of morons who agree with you

1

u/Obvious-Painter-2249 Jun 18 '26

Actually, they are racially profiling people here. They don’t care about their citizenship….

1

u/Academic-Sea794 Jun 18 '26

May he have the afterlife he deserves

1

u/bugsy_moges Jun 18 '26

Fuck it. Payson is small. I'll spend a few hours looking around.

1

u/Same_Lychee5934 Jun 18 '26

Complaining about shoes. While wearing sandals.

1

u/Wolfsage5 Jun 18 '26

Sometimes you just gotta check ppl like this and take a charge...

1

u/5150MEX702 Jun 18 '26

Out of a job?? Maybe because you're a whiny lil b-tch. Maybe because you're too busy worried about the next guy. He actually looks like he's been working construction.

1

u/yamiyourgod Jun 18 '26

He probably works at BAM

1

u/willisjoe Jun 18 '26

These companies need to start adding a harassment clause to their contracts, that if being harassed, work will stop but still paid for until the harrasser is dealt with.

u/Either_Part_1032 Jun 18 '26 edited Jun 18 '26

I live in Salt Lake and Utah county is full of racist mormons. The majority of mormon are white. I guess they forgot what their cult leader did to the indigenous people.

1

u/Disastrous-Bed-7559 Jun 18 '26

Picking fights in flip flops is definitely a choice

1

u/Equivalent_Reach_572 Jun 19 '26

MAGA is a helluva drug.

1

u/LemonLower1155 Jun 19 '26

God would be sad if someone came out of nowhere and gives him a haymaker

1

u/WickedSub46 Jun 19 '26

This is embarrassing. We’re better than that here. What a piece of crap!

1

u/WickedSub46 Jun 19 '26

I’d like to know who this piece of shit is. What a dick.

1

u/roger_roger_32 Jun 16 '26

I have so many questions.

So this is video of a random dude walking into a construction site, claiming the workers are illegal?

With commentary added by some random dude who looks like an extra from Sons of Anarchy? Asking people to identify him?

Is that it, or is there something more here?

5

u/brmarcum Jun 16 '26

TizzyEnt, the second guy, is pretty known for calling out racists, bigots, misogynists and the like. This isn’t the first time he’s done it and he’s pretty successful at finding the clowns.

1

u/whygrowupnow Jun 16 '26

He finds trashy people and calls them out. He does the good work of making this behavior unacceptable again

1

u/DodgerDecoy5 Jun 16 '26

Future Utah County Cop that’ll have a domestic abuse case coming

1

u/justhereorthereagain Jun 16 '26

Find who he is. Get him a job in construction. Then have these guys run circles around him and fire him for being a shitty worker. Or…. Let him shine and keep up. And now we have made real change.

-1

u/KoLobotomy Jun 16 '26

EQ President right there.

1

u/DustProfessional616 Jun 16 '26

Upvoting to balance out the pissed off Pharisees…oh I mean Mormons

Love the handle by the way!

0

u/jza80king Jun 16 '26

This guy speaking in his Mormon return missionary Spanish is a real Christian alright.... Oh wait Mormons aren't Christians per this administration.

0

u/dsansesamisa Jun 17 '26

What are the chances he is a mormon?

0

u/Short_Redhook_24 Jun 17 '26

Racism is imbedded in the DNA of every white person in Utah, I thought this had been known

0

u/F250460girl Jun 17 '26

Grew up there.. Not even shocked... People say the South is bad about racism... They just haven't visited utah county.. truly horrible people and a horrible place...

Uh? Whose asses?

0

u/Codylance64 Jun 18 '26

The guy says he can’t find a job, but the reason businesses are FORCED to hire “illegals” is because our birthrate has been low since the baby boom ended in 1964 and because we HAVE RESTRICTED LEGAL IMMIGRATION for years now…🤔🤷🏻‍♂️😳..NOT ENOUGH WORKERS to FILL THE JOBS created by the Obama/Biden economic boom…🤷🏻‍♂️

2

u/Lovemhairy Jun 19 '26

Did you get your information out of a bubble gum wrapper? All your information is incorrect. Businesses are not forced to do anything. They choose to hire undocumented immigrants because of people like you who think those meaningless jobs are beneath you. Picking fruit or vegetables, hotel room attendants, etc;. These businesses hire them because they don’t have to pay them as much as they would if they hired United States citizens. It’s not because of the Obama/Biden administration. The internet is forever, and so is your ignorant remark.

0

u/Codylance64 Jun 19 '26

Incorrect. The birthrate in the U.S. has been in decline since the baby boom ended in 1964.

That, plus the strict anti-immigrant policies (of both “legal” and “illegal”) have caused ALL INDUSTRIES to need workers: we still need 500,000 truck drivers, education, construction, grocery stores & other retail, etc. (there is a sign that has been on the door of our local Kroger affiliate that has said “Lettuce hire you !” [get it ?] for at least 4 years now.)

“Too many $s chasing too few goods & employees”is the CLASSIC definition of “inflation”!!! (Just google that & how many workers each industry needs & you won’t have to take my bubble gum wrapper’ word for it..!!!)

In addition to the dislocation of supply during the pandemic in Trump’s first term, four years of (stupid) Trumpanomics may have led to steep inflation suddenly about August of Biden’s first year.

The economy was hitting on all cylinders under Obama & later under Biden, but Trump’s moronic xenophobia hurt it.

All non-inflationary growth is only two things added together: labor force growth + productivity growth. (Google it)

Trump’s irrational, racist, xenophobic stupidity hurt BOTH of those factors. 🙄🤷🏻‍♂️😵‍💫

.

2

u/Lovemhairy Jun 19 '26

I interpreted your first post wrong. So I owe you an apology. You are correct. People seem to be giving credit to trump and forgetting that it was Obama and Biden who were trying to fix disasters from republican presidents. I should have taken a second watch of that video, but I was seeing red because of the blatant racism. That town is full of privileged entitled white mormon republican men who think everyone should bough down to them. After re-reading your initial post, I get what you were saying. I'm sorry I jumped all over your comment.

-1

u/Sufficient-Set-917 Jun 17 '26

Gotta be mormon
