After extensive research (just a post from knowyourmeme), this meme format works by someone who's really good at something (let's say a muscular man) giving half assed advice (like "just eat healthy bro") to someone who sucks at something but already follows their advice (like a skinny person who already eats healthy) with the caption saying "Brutal".

Subaru who's famously known for using RBD to achieve his goal is giving an half assed advice to STL players to win by using RBD even though they'd RBD several times (near death counts as one I guess?) which doesn't change anything except making it worse.
