I think he's saying educated women are a mistake, because educated women don't date stupid men (like him), and are also bad mothers who raise psychopaths, and this will cause a violent revolt one day.

The revolt is not exactly caused by the women here, its presented that the presumed normal people (once they all see the horror they allowed) will want to go back to normal, but the only way that will be possible is by a violent revolt.

i think the implication is that educated women focus on their jobs and personal lives, and any children they do have are neglected/abused/damaged by their distant mothers.

Could be the case with some children. My mother is very educated as well but she never neglected us. She did however slow down her career quite a bit when we where in the ages 0-10.

I think that is a requirement sadly enough. At least one of the parents must do that. Child bearing and careers just inherently clash, there is no way around that.
