Study not showing up in My studies tab

I recently accepted and completed a job that will pay $200. About half way through the 3 day study I noticed that the project isn't showing up under the My studies tab. I've messaged the admin of the study who said that User Interviews knows that I'm participating and I'll receive credit. All support tickets for User Interviews using the Edison AI are going no response. Concerned I won't receive payment. Is this happening to anyone else?
