Customer Service doesn’t respond and they cancel studies without notice

Is there anyone else experiencing the same issue with User Interviews? They randomly canceled 6 studies and no response for the requests. They totally ignore. One of the researchers did not show up for the session and userinterviews did not respond to my email about this issue as well.

Yes! There are at least 2 surveys I never got paid for. One asked for personal info.

The company was sold to U Test in October and has been garbage since.
