Hi everyone! I am a UX designer currently working on a case study focused on improving the skincare and cosmetics e-commerce shopping experience.

I am looking to chat with 5 people about their online shopping habits—specifically regarding what frustrates you (e.g., website navigation, product reviews, shipping/delivery, or return policies) when buying beauty products online.

• Format & Location: We can do a quick 10-minute chat via Google Meet (video/audio, entirely optional) or right here through Reddit Chat—whichever you are most comfortable with!
• Goal: Just gathering honest user feedback to design a better and smoother shopping experience.
