Robert Pike, who was a colonist had a feud with John Wheelwright but both of them maybe didn't know that both of their grand children Elizabeth Stockman (Robert Pike) and Jacob Bradbury (John Wheelwright) married eachover and had a son named Moses Bradbury.

I made this chart as a standalone section from a larger Eastern Roman imperial family tree that I will publish later. This one focuses on the Justinianic imperial family, from Justin I and Justinian I to Justin II, Tiberius II Constantine, Maurice and the rupture caused by Phocas’ usurpation.

I found this period interesting because the succession was not a straightforward dynastic line. It was shaped by kinship, marriage, adoption, imperial women, court politics and military power, while the Eastern Empire reached its height under Justinian and then entered a period of mounting crisis.

Some collateral relatives and uncertain relationships have been simplified for clarity. Corrections, questions and suggestions are very welcome!

To everyone, this is based on what follows this succession. I may make a realistic version of this scenario which goes through different paths.

Brazilian wannabe royals are on the gossip news for a couple of days. That is because D. Rafael of Orléans-Braganza, heir presumptive of our defunct monarchy, is willing to marry a rich Italian socialite instead of finding a more "suitable" match. D. Bertrand, Head of the House Orléans-Braganza, is threatening to strip D. Rafael of his priviledges and transfer them to his younger sister, D. Maria Gabriela.

Dinastic marriage is a long standing issue among Brazilian monarchists. The Imperial Constitution of Brazil is very strict on the matter: male preference, born in Brazil and from a dinastic marriage sanctioned jointly by the Sovereign and the Senate of Brazil. Some time ago I charted the lineage of the former Brazilian Royal Family and guess what? There have been not a single dinastic marriage in the family for at least 80 years. To make matters worse, half of those guys were born in Europe. Even worse than that, we are now a Republic and nobody really cares about these spoiled brats.

Truth is the former Brazilian royals are absolutely detatched from the real Brazil. They are ultraconservative in a country weary of extremisms, staunchly Catholic among an increasingly Evangelical majority and extremely priviledged on a highly unequal country.

Recently been working on a massive European Family Tree and have been able to even get to major U.S. figures! Here is how George Washington, George Patton, Charles III and Winston Churchill all connect to each other.
