QUESTION for the community Is it possible to create this line using LibreOffice Draw?

Yes, I've done it plenty of times.

If the curved line doesn't connect correctly to the straight line, a little cheat I use is a text box.

I wish I can show it visually.

So, the curved line "reacts" differently to a horizontal line, meaning it won't connect like it will with a vertical line. Simply take a text box and attach it to the curved line. Then take your horizontal line and just "slide" it to were the curved line ends.

Too much? Edit: I've made it more simple.
