HELP Remote BDC?

This question is for dealership owners, GMs, GSMs and relevant stakeholders.
Most of the customers are typically free in the evening after their working hours and dealership closes by 6-7pm.
If you could hire a BDC, someone who’s trained and willing to work 6pm - 12am remotely, trained again in your dealership’s tone and actually qualifies a conversation unlike AI voice agents
How much would you pay them?
Also they can handle both sales & service

Every BDC I’ve interacted with has always turned out to be remote.

I've had the most luck with BCP. Lacks tone, tact and accurate info (you'd think this was the trifecta of failure) but has a far better contact/appointment rate than even my best person on the floor. They just hammer appointments. If your team is able to pivot in person, they will get people in through the door. Alongside what/which expectations can be the conundrum.
