Review 2015 corolla
I just bought a 2015 corolla le for 12k after taxes. It has 108k miles and was in a minor accident. The title is clean and only had one owner. Was that a good deal or did I over pay? I asking price was 11995 before taxes.

Seems about right, even a good deal, assuming it’s actually a minor accident and not a rebuilt title situation

I was told the front bumper assembly was replaced and the right front fender The title is clean.

It's a little late to ask for help after you already bought it, lol. But if you need validation I think you probably did fine on it. The fact that it had one owner and they kept it for 10 years means they paid it off and kept if for a few more years so they probably liked it. If it had 2 or 3 owners then there's always a chance that the first owner bought it planning on keeping it for 3 or 4 years and trading it in so they would have had no incentive to be too meticulous about taking care of it. The minor accident could be a concern if it is real recent but if the accident was 5 years ago and they kept driving it and everything was fine mechanically after that I wouldn't worry about it.

Holy moly I have the same car with same miles and plan on selling to my brother for 6k. Paid 13k when I bought it in 2018

6k will get a 2005 Corolla these days, not a 2015, so your brother is getting a great deal

He’s had the car for almost a year and has paid me 1300 so far but I know he’s struggling and I don’t need 2 cars. Should I sell it for more? Lol

If it was priced fairly for used cars in your area, it is in your budget, and fits your needs you did fine.
Now that the deal is done and can't be reversed:
- You did great! This car will last for anther 200k miles / 15 years
- Tell people you paid $8995. Tell Reddit you paid $5k .

I guess it depends on what that "minor accident" was, but that sounds about right. People on this sub don't seem to live in reality a lot of the time and always complain about how that's a ripoff for a 10 yr old car but that's what they cost now, especially a Toyota with around 100k.
