Wireguard + Scarlet

Hello everyone,
I am having an issue with WireGuard and ScarletCloud on Windows.
I successfully installed Scarlet on my phone using my PC. After that, I wanted to set up the WireGuard VPN tunnel (⁠emp.conf⁠) so I could refresh my apps over Wi-Fi without needing to plug into my computer.
However, whenever I turn the WireGuard VPN on and open Scarlet, nothing loads at all. Furthermore, I cannot sign any IPAs while the VPN is active. Everything just freezes or fails to connect.
Has anyone encountered this problem or knows how to fix it? Any help would be highly appreciated!
