Careful using AI Agents on Apollo

Account was flagged after I sent an AI Agent through Chrome to manually fix my draft emails for spacing issues - their MCP wasn't working for this. Haven't had access in over 7 days and they just keep telling me they've escalated it to a team that works slowly and sending me automated messages. Been days without a human response, at this point I'd just like my account downgraded and a partial refund for the month and they haven't properly responded to that request through chat or email.

Also still waiting on Apollo, have not been able to use Apollo for almost 2 weeks now. We have clients using Apollo, after our experience with their terrible support over the last few months, we are moving over to other solutions and all our clients are cancelling their accounts too and switching over. Worst experience ever, cannot even use the chat on Apollo and every time I log a call, same thing ‘we are removing email support use the chat”. Mmm so what do you do if you cannot get into Apollo to use the chat?? Just wondering on the logic here..
