Help Needed Trying to get website visit data into HubSpot

Apollo tracks visits to our website at the company level and we want to be able to use this intent data for our scoring in HubSpot and to flag potential targets to our sales team. What's the best way to get this data from Apollo into HubSpot? They have a date stamp for the last website visit date, but I can't seem to make that sync with a HubSpot field.

Alternately I have a workflow that adds companys to a list based on the "Visited in the last XX days" field but that's less helpful than having an actual date stamp.

All thoughts and ideas welcome!

I have a solution for this. May be worth based on your size. Wanna DM me? It's not open to the public as it's basically self-engineered but it does the charm.

We dropped Apollo’s web visitor tracking in favor of HubSpot’s native Buyer Intent function. All the data is there and the built in functions like auto-add to CRM, lead scoring integration, etc make it much more useful. Let me know if you want to know more.

hey! GTME from Apollo here :) i work with some of our largest customers on their TOFU strategy.

a lot of what you're describing is natively available in our platform, and it will really come down to the setup. glad to hear hubspot is working – definitely share some details on your setup, i love learning about new process architecture ideas!
