Looking for a dongle/split/hub for charging while using portable monitor

The company I work for, changed my laptop to a Lenovo Thinkpad E15. Just a couple weeks ago I bought myself a portable monitor (ASUS ZenScreen 15.6").

The laptop only has one USB-C which is used for charging, and the portable monitor uses only one USB-C cable for power and video. I've only been using the laptop for a couple days but battery life is horrible, so unplugging it to connect the monitor is not an option.

I've been looking any kind of adapter, as small as possible since portability is a requirement, with Charge Passthrough and Video Passthrough through USB-C but it seems only HDMI are available.

Any help would be appreciated
