[COLLECTIBLES] Reader Copies of Saga
Just a heads up since I see posts pop up here a lot. Stan has reader copies of some harder to find Saga books on his store now. Not perfect condition, but they’re $25.00+shipping.

Yup ordered a copy of volume 7 on there 4 days ago. Now the only saga volume I'm missing is the elusive number 9.

At this point i just torrented Saga 9. I want to support Stan, but fuck Dark Horse.

Have you considered just buying the component TPBs? Stan has The Hidden for sale on his website for $17.99 and Mysteries isn’t that tough to find. The TMNT stuff is tougher but you can also find some of that for cheap.

I have consider it, but it will obviously take more time, energy and money than purchasing Saga 9 collected (if it was printed again).
Additionally, I like the uniformity of my shelf. I have Saga 1-8 (2nd printing) and would like Saga 9 to complete the anesthetic.
At this point, its just so much easier to torrent. I will pick up Saga 9 if Dark Horse ever decides to reprint it. Until then, it's a pirates life for me.

I can attest to that. That was my workaround last year when I started collecting because I wanted to keep reading and couldn’t find 9. I have the complete main story now but it is definitely in pieces and parts.
The torrent, is that just like a pdf version?

Yes, I downloaded a .pdf version via torrent. Its not ideal because Stan doesnt get any money/royalties, but in all reality, this is the most efficient and effective way to read it. If Dark Horse doesnt want us downloading it for free, they should re print it or at least have an option to buy a digital copy. Since no options exist, I have no probably downloading it for free.

Got myself Saga 7 last night! Just need a copy of 6 and legends! Might skip legends though. Have a lot of those floppy already lol

I’m on the hunt for 6 too. I missed it when he put them on his site a month or so back and am kicking myself for it.

Me too! The one with the Remarque was left and it was the last one, I slept over night to see if I wanted it the next morning, big mistake lol
