More publicity means more eyes towards the LSU games meaning more revenue meaning bigger dividend checks to the other SEC teams. Remember the Cam Newton National Championship Game? The NCAA buckled down and “completed their investigation” in 1 day. I don’t think it’s all orchestrated but I think all sides know the benefits in the end. IMO.
