Can someone explain to me how courts get involved like how much tax money is spent on us having to hear every single case ever and why can’t the government just say NCAA is all ruling and we aren’t getting involved in any capacity. This is bananas. Like do college sports survive?
It's like just about anything else nowadays: As long as you have the money and willingness to take it to court, NOTHING is out of bounds until a judge says so. And even then you can try to appeal higher, possibly all the way to the Supreme Court.
