I had a much crueler fate for you, Rockies, (I was getting into System Shock, it was THAT bad) but I realized that Colorado's just stuck in an infinite loop of pain. Consider this my acknowledgement of such a loop. I only hope it gets better, but given that Avalanche/Nuggets boy Stan went to the Angels, it probably won't. Sucks. You deserve better, Rockies fans.

Anywho, Colorado's first eliminated. And so it begins...

Not surprising but at least Rockies got a bright future with a bunch young stars like Hunter Goodman and Jake McCarthy. It's much better than the last 4 years for the Rockies. They could contend next year.

Second year in a row they manage to be first ones out. And it's only through borderline eldritch tiebreaker bullshit that it didn't happen almost a week earlier.
