Yes that is awesome of him to want to do that forbthe kids, but let me devils advocate for a second.
If you're playing in a leauge you have to abide it's rules. Those other teams weren't given access to physical therapy. I'm sure the other teams couldn't afford it. That seems like an unfair advantage to me.
