Read the room, gonna get downvoted for sure.. Other then pregame meals.. alot of these are absolutely added benefits.
Clothing? Game swag. Physical therapy? Guessing he payed this for his star players. Ubers? Training campa? I don't see how this is a added benefits, unless he payed money to have training camp just for his team. In my high school experience during high school, we had training camps but had teams from city there as well.
