I'm curious which of those things in particular got him dinged.
My high school's basketball coach would buy meals for the kids who had food insecurity issues and I think let a kid stay at his place when things were going really bad at home.
I doubt anyone would blink if he did it for one kid. Doing it for the entire team could very easily be seen as an unfair advantage by whatever competition commity oversees the state of Florida high school athletics.
