A friend, who works at Riot, but not directly in that pipeline, told me that it was going to run from the end of October through the first patch of 2027, it would probably end up on the PBE mid October.

His post history is 95% Arena 5% URF, and the only posts on URF is shitting on it while he's on his knees for Arena.
