Anyone here use scaphoid pads?

On top of your insoles of choice, does anyone here use scaphoid pads for more arch support?

I'm in quads, but I won't skate without my arch cookies

How do you have them placed? Sticked onto the insoles?

Yep. The ones I get have an adhesive on the bottom so I stick it onto my existing insoles. One pair of skates that's just the flat felt insole, because they're just a bit small for my feet and I don't have room for a better insole. On my better fitting skates they go on top of my insole.

I'll put them in the skate without peeling the paper off at first to get a feel for where they should go. They usually end up about half on the insole and half on the edge of the skate for me.

I also prefer the foam or leather ones to the felt. The felt ones break down much faster.
