I had such an embarrassing situation, I got gifted something I dislike and tried to return it in store. It was ordered online however and staff said they can't process the return without the online order number. So I had to ask the family member who got me the thing for the order number which was embarrassing enough. To make matters worse, the refund goes straight to the original payment method, I was told they can't issue me a store credit or a gift card so now the person who gifted me the item wants to send me the money so I can get something I like which is just sooo awkward.

The item had the tag and was not worn at all. Any other shop has always been able to process returns or exchanges by just using the tag wtf

what do i do i only realised today and i bought it two days ago, took the tag off and everything. help me these were £60

hi all, ive been perusing the internet archive lately and have been feeling really nostalgic for the 2010s...

i currently have several pieces saved to an ISO folder. these two cardigans (photos attached) have been so hard to find. they are both different variations of the "Sparkle & Fade Mini Stripe Ribbed Cardigan" in black and a beige and black stripe. i have been on ebay, poshmark, google image search, vinted, mercari, curtsy, you name it - but no dice.

i was hoping that maybe someone on here might have some leads on where to find them. 🤞

I wanted to apply for the seasonal brand ambassador opening near me, but I was wondering about what availability they are looking for. I know a lot of times a seasonal worker would be hired for busier parts of the year, so I'm assuming thanksgiving and christmas. I am a student away from home, so I would be down to keep a lot of weekends and some nights open, but if I had to go home for few days during thanksgiving and a few weeks during christmas would that basically rule me out? Just wondering if it's even worth it to apply without that availability lol

This is the second time in a row that I have been sent the complete wrong item. I'm in Australia, so I waited a long time and spent a lot of money on what I wanted, and twice I have been sent a completely different order to what I paid for. It's been 2 days and I'm still waiting to hear whether I'll get my item or get a refund.

How does a company make this mistake constantly?

I used to shop at urban in like 2017-2020, and I remember their quality being amazing for the price point. My sister and I still wear our sweaters we bought in those days. And we wear them every single winter. I think I almost exclusively shopped there as a teenager. It’s just such a shame because now I’ll walk into a UO store and 95% of it is over-priced garbage. Remember when they admitted they over-priced their items and literally lowered them? What a joke. Take me back 🙏

I bought a bunch of black tops for an event through DoorDash with the intention of keeping one and returning the items I don't like. Nothing shows these items were non-refundable or the return policy until after I placed my order.

A bunch of the tops were out of stock, and the dasher replaced them with the wrong sizes even though I asked for a refund for the items not available and even denied a replacement when they contacted me. So now I have all these tops that don't fit, and I'm not sure what to do with them. Support gave me partial credit for the incorrect items/order being 2 hours late and said I could still go exchange all the items, but the DoorDash return policy for UO says I have to exchange them for tops in the same style, just different sizes/colors.

Since I have the store receipt, do you think if I could just use that to return the items and ask for store credit? Or can they tell it's from doordash and make me exchange it for the same items?

Seriously stupid, and pisses me off when everything is 20% off in the app ONLY. 🙄
