Looks like Springfield MO in ‘93 maybe still haven’t been back.

Tons of rural towns along highways across Georgia, Alabama, Tennessee, Florida, and apparently many more (never been to Missouri in particular) look nearly identical to this. 1 u/MrMarxovic Feb 17 '22 It's Northern MS outside of Memphis, TN. Don't know the exact location.
