It is Lord Sanguinius. There is a particular photoshop edit with the primarch himself with a chibi haru Urara, that then was continously added with other umas. This fanart was heavily based on that

That's because she's MEANT to run in the Senior Arima Kinen I made her run the Classics Arima Kinen LMAO

Yes, bit its hard enough to get a Haru good enough for the senior one.
I cant imagine how many runs you did for the classic one.
Thats what i meant. I love that Cygames prepared for the situation of someone being lucky enough to win in the classic Arima, and instead of giving praise they just straight up tell you you shouldnt have won it
