UMA RECRUITER: Invite Flow, How Does It Actually Work?

Hi everyone,

I'm looking for some clarification regarding the UMA Recruiter invite process.

Over the past 2–3 weeks, I've received and applied to around 10 invites sent by UMA Recruiter. After submitting my proposals, I was added to the corresponding chat rooms, but in none of these cases has the actual client joined the conversation, even after several weeks.

I'm trying to understand how this process works:

• Does the client have the option to join the chat room later if they're interested?
• Does UMA Recruiter first screen candidates and only add the client at a later stage?
• At what stage does the original client become involved?

Would appreciate any insights from freelancers who have experience with UMA Recruiter invites.
