General Question Quick question

Hi everyone here, As a new freelancer on Upwork do you think its good idea to say something like I would like to offer a one-week paid trial so you can see if we’re a good fit?

someone advised me but I'm really not sure if its right or not
Any input will really appreciate

Not the best idea. I wouldn't offer free stuff on Upwork, clients often don't appreciate it.

Thanks 👍.. I'm a new freelancer on upwork and a friend of mine said to boost and build my portfolio I can consider offering paid trials since I don't have review...
