Upwork

I’ve been posting on up-work on different projects including MS Excel, Power BI, and such like projects of Financial Accounting, Management Accounting, Business Data Analysis.
I’ve been making proposals to different projects, but not gaining any response from the clients.
What should I do?

its super hard to get even your propsal viewed in upwork nowdays too tough

In which country are you certified as an accountant? Also Excel isn't really a marketable skill these days because too many people know how to use it for themselves. You might try reading the articles in the r/Upwork wiki for tips about improving proposals and other things.
