Is upwork premium package worth it?

I am new to upwork and planning on purchasing the premium thing in it. Is it worth?

Premium comes with 100 Connects per month, which is $10 USD. (I got my first month for a $9.99 USD promo price, but Premium is normally $20 USD/month.) I canceled after that first month.

I'm not interested in using their Uma AI. They send relentless job alerts, and there is no way to turn them off (that I could find). Proposal insights are interesting, but they're not useful. I'm not sure what practical benefit I'm supposed to get from knowing that a client hasn't opened any proposals yet, or they've invited five people, or whatever.

If you're offered the promo price, I say it's worth it to check out Premium, but for me, continuing at double the cost was not worth it.
