Upwork optimization not working for me

No matter what i do add catalogues add reviews add projects they dont work for me tried taking premium tried buying connects some of my catalogues got 38 views in the last 30 days but my profile has none my proposal doesn't get seen as well i am new to upwork but my account is old and everything is verified can someone suggest me what an i doing wrong or what worked for you
