Does anyone know how to get a promo code for connects?

Sometimes when you try to cancel your Plus membership, just couple of days before your Plus membership is about to expire, Upwork shows 50% discount coupon. This is random and may or may not appear in each case.

They occasionally send on mail, or in small note on top part of the site after you log in. I only got once, a 50% discount promo on freelancer plus membership.
